新入社員は入社日の１週間前までに通帳ファイルをＯｕｔｓｏｕｒｃｉｎｇ Ｊａｐａｎに提出します。給料が給料日にちゃんと振り込まれるように、口座情報の全項目がはっきり写っている画像を選びましょう。紙の通帳が交付されないタイプの場合は、振込確定前の確認画面で代用可能です。
· 銀行名 or ４桁の金融機関コード
· 支店名 or ３桁の支店コード
· ７桁の普通預金口座番号
· 氏名
日本人の口座名義はカタカナ表記 Japanese citizens' names are registered in katakana by default
電子通帳 ePassbook
アルファベット氏名登録の外国人 Banks may register non-Japanese citizen’s name in alphabet.
New hires are required to submit their bankbook file to Outsourcing Japan at least one week prior to their start date. Please choose an image that shows all information clearly. Your name must match the bank-registered information exactly in both order and language; otherwise, your salary may not be deposited into your account on payday. If you do not have a passbook, you may use the remittance confirmation page—shown just before the transaction is executed—as a substitute.

日本人はカタカナ氏名で銀行登録されており、ＡＴＭカードの記載氏名と登録情報が一致しない場合があります。紙の通帳の見開きページまたはオンラインバンキングの振込確定前の確認画面でご確認ください。

従業員本人の同意があっても、本人以外の口座に給料を振り込むのは労働基準違反です。会社が罰せられることがあります。

Please provide your bank account information no later than 10 days before payday. If Outsourcing Japan does not receive it by that time, your salary will be transferred to your bank account in your home country. Please note that international transfers may result in your salary not being deposited into your account on the morning of payday.
